Hello! I’m a Personal Trainer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine, a Certified Corrective Exercise Specialist, Barre Certified, E-RYT 200 hour Yoga Instructor with advanced Yoga teacher training. I’ve taken extended education classes in Power Yoga, Vinyasa Flow, Hot Intensive Yoga Trainings, HOTVin, Nidra and meditation. I teach bootcamps, strength classes, Yoga based fitness, and traditional/non-traditional Yoga and meditation. My approach focuses on creating a fitness routine to elevate your mood and increase your energy, which will overflow into the rest of your life. Fuel your creativity, find balance of mind and body, manage stress, sleep better….and the physical changes will just come naturally. I focus on the mental benefits and encourage you to adopt a new way to approach your fitness mindset. Let me help you change the way you look at fitness so it’s fulfilling your life, not another thing you “have to do.”
With over 30 years of experience, I’ve refined my approach to focus on what truly works. Growing up as an athlete and raising three children has shown me how a balanced workout routine transforms both body and mind. My goal is to create a sustainable fitness plan tailored just for you—whether it’s 15-30 minute sessions, full-hour workouts, at home or in the gym.

- Guidance on setting up and/or purchasing equipment for a home fitness space
-As a personal training client, you will be able to book a massage with me anytime. My massage practice is fairly full - but there will always be a spot for you. We can even incorporate this into the end of your training session.
Pricing:
- $75 per weekly training session
- $55 per hour for virtual Wellness Strategy or Insight sessions
