Yoga Pod in Longmont, CO:

Class: PodFIT.

A combo of cardio and weights for a total body workout. Conditioning for mind and body. “PodFit: Clear your mind, transform your body, nourish your soul.”

First class free. Introductory month of unlimited classes is 4 weeks for only $40. Drop in $22, can also buy a punch card or monthly membership for savings. 5 punch classes for $100, 10 class punch for $190. Prema monthly member $118 mo. The prema is your best deal if you practice 6 times or more in a month. Annual membership $1219 yr.

Mondays 5:30 pm-6:15 pm (45 minutes express class)

Yoga Pod in South Boulder CO

Class: podFIT.

Tuesdays 11 am-11:45 am (45 minutes express class)

Studio Shira in Boulder, CO

First class free. Drop in: $30, 20 punch pass for $400, monthly membership $149. Student discount available.

Class: Strength Training class. A mix of cardio and weights with great tunes.

Tuesday AND Thursdays 12:30 pm-1:15 pm (45 minutes express class)

Longmont Rec Center in Longmont, CO:

Class: Pilyoa. This is just an old name that the city wants to continue to use. Each teacher has their own style. Rachele’s style is a Vinyasa Flow, which means breath to movement. This is a beginners to intermediates yoga class (not pilates.)

Drop in: $7 for residents, 20 visit punch pass $86.75 for residents.

Sundays at 2 pm-3 pm

Mondays at 12 pm-1 pm
